I have experience as a system operator in the areas of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Banking, vintage shop salesman and Incident Manager.
At this moment I am as Incident Manager, which is an area that I like, have interest in and want to focus on.
My goal is to contribute to a motivating work environment by creating a strong relationship as the group spirit.

Incident Manager for EDP

Main activities

- Responsible for providing support to IT events monitored at the EDP Command Center and related to DXC's activity;
- Management of incidents of greater complexity or of great impact in supporting EDP's operations, constituting itself as DXC's interlocutor before the remaining elements of the EDP Command Center and other IT service providers;
- Facilitate and streamline the interventions of DXC teams when anomalies are detected in the Command Center;
- Responsible for articulating with DXC teams in order to ensure that changes in the monitored environment are reflected in the Command Center.

Application Operations Owner for EDP 

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure the efficient operation of a specific platform or application, ensuring liaison with the areas of application maintenance, infrastructure management and ongoing project managers;
- Oversee incidents, problems and changes that impact on the platform or application;
- Manage issues related to daily operation, working internally and externally to find appropriate solutions to them;
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency, reducing manual intervention and optimising resources;
- Work closely with the Client and third parties to help develop new solutions, understand their IT needs and lead technical teams to propose and deliver solutions;
- Periodically review operations and services on the platform or application to ensure they are working as intended;
- On a scheduled basis, work locally with Customer application owners to report and review exploitation and operation tasks, planning and preparing for new needs;
- Ensure up to date documentation is in place and monitor infrastructure and project application maintenance activities;
- Periodically review the documentation supporting the exploitation and operation of the platform or application, as well as the associated hardware and systems administration tasks;
- Carry out technical and service analysis and planning based on the Customer's requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate in the execution of activities involving the client and/or third parties

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Stock replacement of Port wines, Madeira wines, table wines, coffee, chocolates, spirits, brandys, liqueurs;
- Attendance and sales to the public of Port wines, Madeira wines, table wines, coffee, chocolates, spirits, brandys, liqueurs. 

System operator for Sibs 

Team member of Distributed Systems Operator and Sibs Process's, my role is to help provide 24*7 ( 1st and 2nd line) infrastructure support to their custumers.
Among many other responsabilities, i do support, reception of ticket's, tasks, changes and deployments that require complex troubleshooting for their resolution and work order using HPSM and service requests, testing critical aplications.

I am in charge of using the following tools:

- Sap;
- Control-M;
- HP Business Service Management;
- HP Service Manager;
- SQL Server 2014 Management Studio(SQL);
- Baretrail;
- Biztalk;
- Pisco;
- Oracle SQL Developer(Oracle);
- Nagios;
- Outlook.

Main activities:

- Transport of work orders in SAP;
- Control-M - Monitoring and execution of tasks, changes and deployments;
- Executing deployments of Linux/Unix and AIX Server's.
- Monitoring, supervision and reporting critical and major alarms from HP Business Service Managment(MBNet, MBWay, filesystem's and DB's);
- Monitoring, supervision and resolve ticket's from HP Service Manager;
- Executing SQL and Oracle Query's;
- Mail's Management;
- Active Directory(User's Management).

Telecommunications operator for Nokia 

Monitoring and Supervision: Alarms monitoring and Troubleshooting in real time and fault location in network elements;
Technical Support Engineer (Siemens, Nokia, ZTE, Ericsson - 3G): Troubleshooting of remote problems of the mobile network; administration and management of incidences;

- BMC Remedy UTS (Ticketing Tool);
- Netact for 2G, 3G and 4G( Nokia equipment manager);
- Netnumen for 3G (ZTE equipment manager);

Monitoring and management of mobile telecommunications networks.

Active supervision of the following clients (vendors) :

-Nokia 2G, 3G and 4G including transmission (Netact, Xakta, Mini Link(Cell Nodes), Coriant(Packed Nodes) and SOA(Multiplexers));
- Ericsson 3G, LTE/4G, including transmission (OSS Common Explorer 3G, Xakta, Mini Link(Cell Nodes), Coriant (Packed Nodes) and SOA (Multiplexers));
- ZTE 3G including transmission (Netnumen, Xakta, Mini Link(Cell Nodes), Coriant(Packed Nodes) and SOA(Multiplexers));
- Siemens 2G including transmission (RadioCommander Xakta, Mini Link(Cell Nodes), Coriant(Packed Nodes) and SOA(Multiplexers)).

System operator for CGI 

Team member of Control Bridge IT Operations to help provide 24x7 (1st and 2nd Line) infrastructure support to their customers.
Among many other responsibilities, I did support, reception of critical incidents that normal require complex troubleshooting for their resolution and work order using Remedy and service requests, testing critical applications.

I was in charge of using the following tools:
- Transport of work orders in SAP (for multiple clients);
- Monitoring and report of job´s in SAP;
- Control-M - Monitoring and troubleshooting of batch's (about40/50 batch / day from various clients);
- Launch and recovery of backups in different types: "Oratdp's, FS (unix and wintel), sqltdp's, domtdp's" in the tools ECM Avamar, TSM, PsExec, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, and Control-M;
- Execution and Report Oracle Backup's;
- Monitoring all critical Business Applications using BMC Impact Explorer;
- BMC SIM (System Impact Manager) - Alarm systems, bd, storage (the entire clients infrastructure) and treatment of the alarms.

Main activities:
- Shift coordination when necessary, reporting directly to the Control Bridge team leader 
- Monitoring and reporting critical and warning applicational alarms
- Creating Avamar, Wintel & Unix scheduled backups when any problem occurs
- Testing and restarting client critical applications upon request
- Rebooting and cleaning disk space in client servers
- Reporting errors and scheduling jobs on Control-M (Deployment Wintel & Unix)
- SAP Jobs monitoring and reporting & filter management
- Reporting via SMS the status of all client critical applications
- Mcafee antivirus daily update in all EDP IT infrastructures
- Managing SLA filters and reporting files
- Perform other technical tasks to support the activity
- Executing Requests & Tasks sent from clients
