My name is Rui Alexandre and I've been working as a Operations Coordinator for the Portuguese and UK market based in The Netherlands.

My main tasks were:

  • Managing and dispatching couriers for Portugal and UK market (PT and UK market)
  • Daily data management reporting
  • As a Knowledge captain position - Providing knowledge base and training for newcomers and additional training for experienced Dispatcher when needed

My work experienced of previous jobs also include managing two Pilates Studios where I:

  • Hired new employees
  • Scheduling day to day activities/ classes
  • Dealing with all necessary studio's administration
  • Maintaining database of our clients
