I have worked for several social media companies in Nepal where I gained experience in handling customer complaints, providing support, and resolving issues. Additionally, I have also worked for Sitel Group in Portugal, a global leader in customer service solutions. This experience provided me with the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers and expand my skills in providing top-notch customer service. My experience in both Nepal and Portugal has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills and knowledge that I can use to excel in any customer service role.

Educação

I have completed my high school education, which has provided me with a strong foundation for my career. However, my education does not limit my abilities. I am a quick learner and have developed a strong ability to acquire new skills fast. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in a Masterschool where I am learning data analysis, which will further enhance my skills and knowledge. Even though my educational background may not be directly relevant to a customer service role, I am more than competent for the role. I have a proven track record of excelling in customer service, and I am confident that my ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and skills will make me a valuable asset to any organization.
