Working in this bakery was a dream come true. Not only did it fuel my passion for the art of bread-making, but it also allowed me to showcase my exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Each day brought new opportunities for learning, making the experience incredibly rewarding. Despite being a medium-sized bakery, I had the privilege of rotating through different sections, including boulangerie, patisserie, and viennoiserie, which broadened my knowledge and passion for the craft even further.

Embracing the farm-to-table system proved to be a beautiful and constructive experience, allowing me to gain invaluable knowledge from this exceptional place.

Since 2013, I have been fascinated by Korean culture, and my quest for knowledge and understanding has never ceased. This led me to seek employment in a Korean restaurant as my first choice upon entering the job market. Though my time there was brief, the experience was truly enjoyable, and the team embraced me with open arms. It was an immersive cultural journey within a work environment that I will always cherish. On my third day of the work trial, my name was already engraved on a cabinet.
