I’m a business analyst with 5 years of experience in industries as utilities, energy and railway transportation. I’m used to be involved in every step of the execution of a project, since its beginning until the delivery. My strengths are customer relationship management, requirements gathering, documentation, organization and natural ability to work with data in various platforms such as Excel and SQL with high proficiency. I’m also experienced with testing and dashboard creation in Power BI. Some experience with UML, Bizagi, Dynamics NAV, Confluence and ticketing platforms.
