Sobre Tomás Pinto:
I just graduated from IE Business School in July 2023, achieving a master’s in Digital Marketing and Analytics, I have gained valuable knowledge and experience with a solid understating of e-commerce data processes, data architecture, product/project management and different software tools understanding digital consumer behaviour through analytics. We did some projects to improve the companies success for companies like Iberia, Wallapop, Caro Club and more.
My experience as an event coordinator, tech enthusiast, data analyst and customer experience specialist faced with challenges and overcoming them in a range of contexts allowed me to develop strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and adaptability skills.
My ability to manage priorities and projects in a team environment with responsibility and resilience, lead to find innovative solutions to any problems allowing me to bring much value to the problems that I’ve to face.

Experiência
So I started with internship in the Customer Experience department at NORS Group where I Conducted research about ways of managing customer feedback and suggested areas of improvement, Interviewed professionals from the Marketing and Sales Sector to find out their ways of dealing with low customer satisfaction and crisis as Covid-19, Implemented NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology in efforts to combat customer dissatisfaction, by actively soliciting customer feedback and analyzing responses to address unsatisfactory ratings.
The other professional experience i have is as a Junior Data Analyst at CrespoLog Logistica Lda where I conducted exploratory data analysis on large datasets using Excel and Python to identify trends, patterns and anomalies, Developed and implemented data cleaning and prepocessing pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency, Utilized the results to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes, Created visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to communicate the results.

I did my bachelor degree at IPAM Business School and i took the Global Marketing course in English and after I did my master Degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
