Experiência
I have been working as a CRM Account Manager at Casafari (SaaS) since March 2022. In this role, I have conducted workshops and demos for new products, provided training sessions and webinars for clients, and integrated and trained new team members. I have also been responsible for upselling and cross-selling, conducting feedback meetings about the product, and utilizing Salesforce.
Additionally, I have demonstrated excellent skills in using Letman, Invoice2Go, and Property CRM for rental process administration, including handling first-month rent and deposit payments. I have managed prospective tenants' processes, such as checking references and documentation, and handled contract renewals and rent reviews according to regulations.
