I have been working as a CRM Account Manager at Casafari (SaaS) since March 2022. In this role, I have conducted workshops and demos for new products, provided training sessions and webinars for clients, and integrated and trained new team members. I have also been responsible for upselling and cross-selling, conducting feedback meetings about the product, and utilizing Salesforce.
Additionally, I have demonstrated excellent skills in using Letman, Invoice2Go, and Property CRM for rental process administration, including handling first-month rent and deposit payments. I have managed prospective tenants' processes, such as checking references and documentation, and handled contract renewals and rent reviews according to regulations. Property inspections, condition reports, and planning and coordinating repairs and maintenance have also been part of my responsibilities.
Creating an efficient customer support process through telephone and email communication, as well as developing a meet and greet process, has been a focus area. I have managed approximately 45 properties, ensuring precise management of reservation and booking channels and providing prompt responses to customers.
In terms of systems and platforms, I am proficient in using Beds24 Online Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and Property Management System. I have managed the Booking.com extranet, Airbnb Host online platform, and platforms like TripAdvisor, Holiday Lettings, and Expedia. Furthermore, I have successfully managed cleaning and maintenance teams, overseen check-ins and check-outs, and handled customer support related to check-in details, guest issues, security deposits, and refunds. Lastly, I have experience in managing leases and medium-term reservations for winter seasons and conducting property audits.
