I have 13+ years of experience working for multinational companies with diverse cultures as an Accounting Specialist. During my professional journey as Customer Service and an AR subject matter expert, I have had the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments within the Finance & Accounting stream including Fraud Detection and Analysis along with Logistics and Customer Service and work to improvise invoice application cycle time and payment processing, Fraud detection, Automation and much more. 

Perform Account Research, follow up on open invoices, analyze payment pattern, apply cash to outstanding invoices, posting to GL’s, Issue credit notes and write off’s, handle disputes using negotiating and problem-solving skills and implement solutions to improve cycle time in allotting invoices, receiving payments through Electronic Fund Transfers / Direct Debits, processing refunds through wallet, online banking payments & cheques were some of the key areas where I have significantly contributed to client success.

In my current role. I am responsible for managing a team by providing guidance, feedback, training, reporting, approving and rejecting invoices, Customer service via calls or emails. Actively involved in automation process of the operations and finance departments, Provide process improvement ideas and stream line work, handle escalations.
