• Oversaw maintenance on the lodge, new building, cars, tractor.
• Maintained 3 phases hybrid solar system (30 kVA) with 182 photovoltaic panels, batteries, and generator backup (40 kVA).
• Maintained reverse osmosis water system (800 ltr fresh water per hour)
• Oversaw dive center maintenance including boats and air compressor.
• Maintained the lodge and all areas for aspect and functionality.
• Prepared menu bar list and kept selling price updated.
