The role

Your Profile

You are proficient in
German and fluent in English (oral and written)
You have good
communications skills:
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
You are openminded and
eager to learn:
Proactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other people
You are positive and motivated

Your responsibilities

Inform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devices
Reply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information (all other points are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments
Support and share your product knowledge
