Your profile

University degree in Information Systems or similar
Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
Up to 1 year of experience in IT, ERP or digitalisation
Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers
Very strong and structured communication skills
Flexibility to work on different projects across teams and industries
Fluent in German and English (
mandatory)

Your tasks

Ensure customer satisfaction and establish longterm relationships
Manage and support customers in various small and longterm projects
Answer customer inquiries for various modules and industries
Collaborate with our development team and functional experts to provide optimal solutions
Conduct workshops to guide our customers through changes and new features.

Salary: 30,000.00€ - 35,000.00€ per year
