Efetuarás o atendimento ao paciente/cliente, através de chamadas recebidas e gestão de backoffice,Registarás corretamente em sistema informático todos os pedidos, reclamações ou questões efetuadas pelo paciente,
Assegurarás a qualidade de dados, bem como a segurança e proteção dos mesmos.
Qualificações
- Tens formação académica ao nível do 12.º ano de escolaridade;
- Tens experiência mínima de dois anos em funções de serviço de apoio ao cliente e administrativas.
