Service Delivery Manager

Perfil:

We are looking for a IT Service Manager to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Degree in a relevant area, such as Information Technologies, Computer Science;
Minimum experience in Information Technologies is 3 years Language: English C
Proficient user Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
Experience with Cloud Technologies, Client/Server technologies, Networks, Supply Chain Management technologies from a solutionoriented perspective;
Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
Ability to work in complex environments (multicultural / multicountry / geographically distributed team). Experience with Azure Cloud knowledge Service Now knowledge (nice to have);
Knowledge of ITIL Framework SAP ECC basis knowledge (nice to have).
