We are currently recruiting for a Customer representative - English Speaker for a consumer technology company headquartered in London, United Kingdom, that designs and develops smartphone accessories.
Functions:
Provide all consulting services including pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales service for users in EU, UK, NA, including but not limited to general consultation, technical support, user callback service, refund, return and replacement request, etc.
Requirements:
- College certificate and above
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing,
- Proficient in using computer (Windows, MS Office and other common software);
- Be interested in digital products and know how to do the basic troubleshooting
