What will you contribute?


This is an exciting lead generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to develop their sales career within a leading financial services software organization.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers


Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your duties as Sales Development Representative will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Work closely with the marketing department to make sure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients
  • Keep uptodate with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
  • Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
  • Maintain sales forecasting data in sales reporting system
  • Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

Experience:


  • 02 years of inbound and/or outbound businesstobusiness phone marketing or sales experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German is required.
  • Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Account Management experience a plus.

  • Build and nurture relationships.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Physical Demands

  • Ability to receive, express, or exchange detailed information through oral and written communication.
  • Ability to see and operate a computer.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and lift and carry up to 25 lbs. of weight (laptop, projector, suitcase, etc.).
Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a hybrid office environment.
