Leader Quality Management Systems (M/F/d):

We are looking for a new colleague for our location in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal


Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables:


  • Responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the BPM product line to establish and maintain an effective and efficient audit system to coordinate audit across the entire product line, and to support and facilitate external audits by customers, public bodies and institutions across the product line;
  • Implementation of the quality manual: establish, develop and improve the quality process to ensure the implementation of OSS Europe quality policy. Definition and implementation of corrective measures;
  • Audit preparation: Ensure adequate planning and performance of internal and external system audits according to the requirements of ZF, IATF 16949 as well as customers and legal regulations. Coordinate, support and facilitate external audits, including of customers, internal bodies, public bodies, etc.

Required skills and experience / main competencies:

  • Masters degree in engineering-field mechanical / mechatronics
  • VDA 6.3 Auditor, ISO 19011 Auditor qualification, IATF 16949, ASPICE assessor preferred
  • Min 3 years of professional experience in a quality systems / supplier quality / customer quality / research and development and / or APQP in a safety related commodity
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent English (business level)
