IT Operation Analyst (W/M):

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring of the infrastructure by an operations management alarm system and with the ticketing system ServiceNow using ITIL best practices;
JCL manipulation regarding requests and exceptional instructions;
Relaunch and submission of jobs treatment;
Job errors and incident analysis and treatment;
Analysis and dependencies management and analysis of logs.

Main Technical Requirements:

Technical degree in IT
Basic notions of Networking
Experience in level 1 Support / Helpdesk functions
BMC Control M Basics
TWS for ZOS
Basic knowledge on ITSM tools
Intermediate in English (minimum B1: Speaking, Writing and Listening)
Intermediate in French (minimum B1: Speaking, Writing and Listening)
Shift work schedule: 8h until 16h; 16h until 24h; 24h until 8h.
