Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities in this job will be defined as we work together throughout the recruitment process however, they will be mostly centered around:

Using tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
Preparing final analysis reports for the management team to understand the dataanalysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
Performing adhoc analysis on different business areas
Developing and maintaining databases and data systems reorganizing data in a readable format
Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
Working with marketing and tech/product team to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, proactive, forward-thinking, a fast learner, and driven to inspire and lead our team.

Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar areas
Minimum professional experience of 1 year
Portuguese as primary language
Experience using data modeling and analytics tools
Experience in data visualization, creating dashboards and reporting
Experience in data manipulation using SQL and Python (Plus)
Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
Problem solving, strong analytical skills and critical thinking
