Kelly Services is recruiting an Operations Trainee for Siemens Logistics in Lisbon. Siemens Logistics is a leading provider of innovative products and solutions in airport logistics with baggage and cargo handling. Software solutions and customer services along the complete product life cycle complete the portfolio. The company has an installed base in more than 60 countries worldwide. Major customers include renowned airports service providers around the globe.
You will be involved in creating sales/marketing plans and roadmaps for a specific product portfolio in the airport logistics sector, with the aim of leveraging the expansion of the existing service business.
What are the responsibilities? * Direct contact with clients (internal/external) and headquarters; * Developing the necessary metrics to measure the success of the sales plan; * Provide information via CRM for forecasting and planning in coordination with headquarters; * Analyzing and evaluating the market needs (both technology and product portfolio) of potential or existing clients; * Researches and evaluates specific business opportunities for the clients' portfolio of related products and services; * Prepares customer proposals and calculations for the various tenders or RFQs; * Coordinates after-sales activities in collaboration with the GRSC (Global Remote Service Centre).
What do you need to qualify for this job? * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Management and Logistics, Engineering or similar; * Fluency in English is mandatory; * Fluency in other languages such as German, French or Italian is an advantage; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to analyze, reason, think critically and solve problems; * Dedicated, organized and responsible team player who follows objectives, is able to inspire others towards common projects and is not afraid of challenges.
