The Role: Your Daily Adventure
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of the Kats brand for our French-speaking community:
- Master of Conversation: Handling inbound queries via chat, email, and phone in French with flair.
- Problem Solver: Turning complex user issues into simple, "purr-fect" solutions.
- Office Culture: Collaborating in person with your team to maintain the high-energy vibe Kats is known for.
- Brand Ambassador: Keeping our French users happy and loyal.

What Were Looking For
- Native or C1 level French (written and spoken).
