Warehouse Keeper we're looking for in
Porto to join our
Supply Chain team?

Your future role:

You'll
provide support to the Supply Chain strategy in our Porto Site, ensuring properly management, handling, receipt, storage and delivery of goods received.

Safeguard goods and maintain daily inbounds, consumption and storage location in SAP system in order to be aligned with inventory accuracy and monthly cycle counting.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management), analyze customer needs in terms of Supply Chain and much more.

Responsabilities:

Load and unload of goods when dispatching or receipt Incoming inspection and register in SAP Storage location of materials and labeling
Delivery materials to production sites/installation staff
Delivery materials to other warehouses
Stock controlling (annual and cycle counting)
Transportation management
Nonconformity management, quality batches and kitting (physically and informatically)
To maintain clean and wellorganized warehouse facility

Mandatory Requirements:

Warehouse management experience for 23 years at least: Goods handling, especially heavy and electronic parts Inbound and incoming inspection process
Stock controlling: stock counting, serialized items, storage location management, weight and volume
Documents management: delivery notes, quality documents, certificates, etc.
English or Spanish conversation level.

Other requirements:

Packaging, kitting, goods issue, labeling, etc.
Training or license (according to current laws) to use warehouse tools (forklift, etc.)
SAP experience (or similar informatic system): inventory management, stocks movements, goods issue, transports.
MS Office experience (excel advance)

Desired requirements:

Education requirements: bachelor desired or professional studies (mechanical, electrical or administrative).
Warehouse responsible experience in industrial sector
