Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control

Monthly rent and unpaid balances Control

Request quotes for different services

Installation of water meter for the client - waiting for EPAL's reply

Managing and requesting structural and water damages

Maintain a good communication with the tenants

Managing the booking of workers

Oversee on-going works on-site

Collect invoices for Asset Management report

Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

High school degree (a bachelor's degree will be a plus)

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Microsoft 365 (Office)

Driver's License
