Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is looking for a Junior Financial Planning Analyst (M/F ):

Key Responsabilities:
Build and maintain qualitative and reliable complex reporting templates (Excel, Essbase) for all the FP&A reporting cycle: Actuals, Forecasts, Budget, and actively contribute to the overall improvement regarding the quality and timing of the Group reports

  • Perform controls and reconciliations on the reported data to provide accurate financial information to Senior Management and the Board of Directors
  • Support and advise the organization (countries, divisions, and functions) on financial, technical, or processrelated questions they may have in relation to the financial reporting
  • Contribute to the key deliverables of the department, in particular, the monthly report to the Executive Committee to ensure accuracy, quality, and relevance of data and analyses
  • Provide insightful adhoc analyses on request of the management or other departments in the Group.
Support the improvement and development of systems: design, test and implement in collaboration with Group controlling departments and the Group finance community, coordinate the implementation of new indicators as needed, communicate with stakeholders to update performance indicators and reporting requirements


What you'll need to Succeed:

  • Real team spirit and commitment to service
  • Solid educational background preferentially Master's degree in Finance, Analytics, and Data Reporting (Preferential)
  • 13 years' experience preferably in FP&A
  • Strong interest in financial reporting and systems: the creation of complex reports, reconciliations, new reporting models, and reporting automation
  • Knowledge and interpretation of financial statements, with an aptitude for financial modelling
  • Ability to sustain high accuracy and attention to detail with problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel (+ MS Office), Essbase, and HFM experience preferred
  • Project Management
  • Rigor and reliability in your work, with consistency
  • Selfmotivation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines (effective time management)
  • Ability to work diligently and effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Clear communication and ability to work in a highly multicultural environment
  • Actively demonstrate proactiveness, resourcefulness, critical thinking, with humble confidence (accepting to ask questions when you do not know)
  • Fluency in English required: 100% of the work is in English
