- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of policies, frameworks, and/or tools in one or more of the following areas of HR: talent management, performance management, talent acquisition & employer branding and learning & development;
- Support the roll-out of HR initiatives across multiple locations;
- Carry out data analysis and reporting;
- The Candidate needs to have a degree or Master degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology;
- Previous experience in HR related roles (internships included) will be considered a plus;
- Good communication skills (written and verbal;
- Fluency in English is a requirement;
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
