We are hiring a Reservations Manager who will work in our customer service and accept reservations for clients. Normally working at the reception of our hotel in a customer-facing position. Assist clients by telephone and in person, resolving their questions and organizing their travel plans or reservations.Homework
Supervise reservation staff in their duties.
Manage room reservations for large events such as weddings or other functions.
Monitor billing arrangements.
Manage inventories for hotel rooms.
