FlexHero is an employment agency in the south of the Netherlands, based in the city Eindhoven. We mediate (construction) technical professionals, to long-term employment.
For our client based in Eindhoven, FlexHero is looking for a Punch Laser Operator. Do you like working in a modern environment with the latest machines? Can you work independently and are you willing to work in two shifts? Then read on and apply for this amazing job

What will you do?

• As an Operator, you are responsible for cutting and punching sheet metal and you are a hugely important person at the beginning of the production process.
• As an Operator, you will independently operate several machines simultaneously, both the punching machine and the newest laser cutting machine, of which there are only a few in the Netherlands. Other work may also be required of you.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with the work preparation department, on the CNC program to be used, for the required product. You will program the machine yourself;
• Independently producing results of sheet metal products using the punch/laser cutting machine's, by means of correct conversion and adjustment of the machines;
• Carrying out various quality checks and ensuring that your made products proceed properly to the next processing step;
• Thinking along in terms of quality, product and process improvements;
• Maintaining the machines and independently solving (minor) malfunctions where necessary.

What do we ask of you?

• A minimum of three years' demonstrable experience as a Punch Laser Operator (mandatory);
• As we work exclusively with Dutch contracts, a European nationality is mandatory. A residence card is not valid;
• You speak good English and hold a European driving licence;
• A completed technical education;
• You can read technical drawings and work with measuring instruments;
• You have no problem working two shifts;
• You are looking for a long-term job and want to settle in the Netherlands.

• Good terms of employment. A gross monthly salary between €2,300 and €2,800 per month, based on a full-time working week. This will be based on age, knowledge and experience;
• The choice of weekly or four-weekly salary payment;
