    Full-time | Senior We are looking for a talented 3D Character Modeler with strong stylized modeling skills and experience preparing models for toy production.

    Before anything else, you must excel at translating 2D character designs into accurate, appealing 3D models that preserve proportions, charm, and stylistic identity.

    This role includes creating models for stylized dolls, articulated/poseable figures, designer toys, and collectible figurines, including models requiring engineered joints and functional part separation.

    ResponsibilityConvert stylized 2D character art into appealing 3D models with accurate silhouettes, proportions, and expressions.
    Build optimized topology and implement toy-engineering details (joints, part separation, tolerances).Prepare paint masks, turnarounds, exploded views, and factory-ready files.
    Collaborate with art direction to match the intended style.
    Requirements5+ Proven experience in 3D modeling / sculpting (portfolio required). Mid
    • SeniorZBrush /Blender or Maya /Substance PainterProven ability to translate 2D stylized characters into clean, appealing 3D forms.
    Solid understanding of stylized anatomy, silhouettes, appeal, and character design principles.
    Willingness and ability to learn the technical aspects of toy design and engineering with proper guidance.
    Experience working on toys, collectibles, or physical character products.

    Familiarity with toy production workflows, including:

    injection molding vinyl and PVC production, resin prototypingCreative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
