Kuehne+Nagel is implementing a Document Management System called KN Docs to enable the business and functional units to store documents, manage workflows and distribute documents of all kinds in a well-governed and audit-proof way.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our international team on this great journey

Your Role :You will be responsible for the implementation of new business requirements in KN Docs. Your experience and knowledge will help us to increase user satisfaction with our solution. This is a great opportunity to play an essential role in the development and operations of a global software system being used on a daily basis by thousands of users worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

Gathering requirements and prioritization with stakeholder;
Consulting the developer during solution design and providing early feedback regarding implemented features;
Consulting the QA team to ensure test plans are aligned with requirements and business needs;
Managing of User Acceptance Test in association with end user;
Creation of release related documentation.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Professional education or academic degree in IT, or equivalent work experience;
Autonomous learning and eager to understand business requirements;
Good analytical, troubleshooting and problemsolving competencies;
Practical experiences in requirements engineering;
Having fun to work in an agile team;
Good written and verbal communications skills in English;
Experience with database querying is a plus.
