Finance Controlling Trainee
(M/F) for our client
Siemens Healthineers, located in Lisbon.

Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB as Finance Controlling Trainee. The Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB is an accounting, closing and reporting competence center, covering most companies of Siemens Healthineers in Europe.

It ensures the correctness of the Financial Statements of over 20 Legal Entities in the following countries:
Algeria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Morocco, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

Monitor financial performance of Functions (HR, Legal, IT, AC, etc), provide KPI analysis, prepare and comment on respective performance reports required by the country's local management or Function Headquarters
This includes all financial tasks from forecasting and budgeting, deviation analysis and definition/implementation of corrective measures, contracts management, guide the allocation of the Functions costs, etc.
Regular exchange with colleagues in the country's local teams and in the Headquarters
Ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of various reports
Technically support the business areas on their planning processes

Sound interesting?

University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
Experience of, at least, 23 years in Controlling roles
Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory)
Strong analytical approach, proactivity, priority management and organization
Ability to communicate with different partners and teamwork oriented
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
