Requirements:
- At least 3 years of handson experience in Program / Project Management roles
- Experience with matrix management and software development
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Desire to be part of a fastgrowing startup company
- Selfmotivated, organized
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Advantage
- SW / FW / HW development experience
- Advantage
Responsibilities:
- Managing & Monitoring development sprints from planning to execution in an agile development environment.
- Creating and maintaining release schedules, setting development goals, building development and integration plans, tracking release milestones,
- Managing the product backlog, sprints content and prioritizations
- Identifying and monitoring dependencies, unblocking barriers to keep the team moving
- Managing support tickets and scrum meetings
- Drive team iteration execution, communicate with peer BUs and stakeholders, and protect uncontrolled injection of work.
- Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic requirements to keep operations running at high performance and maximum efficiency.
