    German Speaking Customer Service (Hybrid in Porto)Commerz Bank is a leading bank with a strong presence in Europe and we are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Porto.

    As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our German-speaking customers.


    Benefits:
    A Monthly Gross Salary of € 1.400,00 (€950 basic salary + €450 language bonus)

    A Monthly Performance Bonus of up to € 200,00An extra € 950,00 salary twice a year on top of your normal monthly salaryA Monthly meal allowance of € 167,00Workplace:
    Porto / Hybrid solutionFull-time contract (40 hours a week / Monday to Friday)

    between Monday to Friday 7h-22h

    What will I be doing?Provide outstanding customer service via phone to German-speaking customers.
    Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    Identify opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.
    Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
