Global Citizen Solutions is a multidisciplinary firm offering bespoke residency and citizenship by investment solutions in nine countries across Europe and the Caribbean.

We collaborate with specialist partners in the areas of wealth management, relocation, legal and tax affairs and concierge services.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience or training in advertising, PR, online marketing or a similar field
  • Dedicated to use of Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Other Social Media
  • Understands the power of feed marketing
  • Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
  • Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
  • Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in usergenerated content
  • Understands social media universe including YouTube, Reddit, Forums, Quora, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, etc
    We're looking for a social media addict who maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise from among these channels

  • Basic knowledge of search engine optimizationthink.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
  • Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Brings to the position outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to communicate results to management in a fastpaced environment
  • Has a bachelor's or associate's degree in advertising, marketing, graphics, web development, communications, English, IT or related.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a community management Team
  • Monitor online conversations relating to our brand
  • Initiate and participate in online discussions.
  • Respond to our community's questions and comments quickly, and professionally.
  • Encourage debate in our online forums.
  • Build relationships with bloggers and influencers active within our sector.
  • Attract existing customers and new members to join our community and actively contribute to the discussion.
  • Interact with content, social media, SEO, legal, and sales crosscorporate teams.
  • Create content for feeds and snippets on various social media sites.
  • Participate in social media, as yourself and white hat avatars, on our behalf
  • Tag and title content, with an understanding of how the word will impact natural search traffic and rankings via recurrent optimized content
  • Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Identify threats and opportunities in usergenerated content surrounding our brand, and report to appropriate parties.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
