Your responsabilities:
- Assist
French Speaking Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting. - Provide accurate and realtime responses to the customers inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Our expectations:
- You speak
French in proficiency - Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- You already live in Portugal

:Monday to Sunday (8:00 -21:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week,2 rotational days off
Remote from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro:
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
Competitive salary and remuneration system:

2 extra salaries per year
