SCRUM MASTER - MANAGED FILE TRANSFER - HYBRID BRUSSELS
50% homeworking; 50% on site

At least 3 years of relevant experience
-
Experience in the banking sector.
Must have English + Dutch and/or French

Experience in an IT infrastructure environment.
Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology.
Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the squad face any obstacles.
Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
Assist and support the squad in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
Track squad capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
Help the squad face any difficulties and promote its gradual selforganization.
Remove barriers to squad effectiveness and protect the squad from outside distractions.
Risk & issue management.

Mandatory skills
The Scrum Master represents and embodies the Agile spirit and acts as a « servant leader », which implies:

Mandatory tech skills

Master or equivalent by experience.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Experience in Agile reporting and followup tools (e.g. Rally).
Expertise / experience in Agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
Knowledge of managed file transfer domain (CFT, XFB gateway, sentinel,...).

The client requires 3 professional references (name, company, contact and type of professional relationship) and a copy of the ID-card (in case of Belgian citizenship) or passport (in the other cases).

They must be open to work in a hybrid regime.
