Function:


  • What you will be doing is:
  • You will guide customers in facilitating the use of their webshop;
  • You will be working in conjunction with other areas of the company;
  • You will be transferring customer queries to other departments.

Requirements:


  • The Requirements are:
  • You need to have good communications skills throughout all channels;
  • You have a proficiency level in Dutch and an intermediate level of English;
  • You are proactive and a problem solver;
  • You are goaloriented.
