A Jorge dos Anjos – Trabalho Temporário (Alvará n° 864/18, de 29/11) encontra-se em processo de recrutamento para Clientes na zona de Lisboa para a função de:
Cozinheiro de 2a/3a (m/f) Street Food – com alojamento em Lisboa
Funções:
– Análise e Interpretação de Fichas Técnicas;
– Responsabilidade pela confeção e preparação de alimentos para clientes (catering, lojas e outros);
– Integrar novos colaboradores ou colaboradores pontuais nas tarefas específicas da secção afeta;
– Apoiar na coordenação e organização de todos os serviços e secções afetos à produção de refeições;
– Assegurar os processos de higienização implementados;
– Apoiar na supervisão e liderança de todos os elementos afetos ao processo produtivo da Unidade: receção, preparação, ordens de fabrico, cozinha fria, bloco quente, pastelaria, embalamento, expedição e serviço de limpeza/copa;
– Reportar à Equipa de Direção da Unidade anomalias na cozinha;
– Garantir cumprimento de todas as regras internas da empresa, assim como regras internas da unidade;
– Apoiar os serviços/eventos de catering;
– Realizar o preenchimento do check list HACCP da cozinha;
– Cumprir os requisitos de segurança alimentar e de segurança no trabalho.
Requisitos:
– Formação profissional ou experiência comprovada em Hotelaria/Restauração;
– Capacidade de coordenação e liderança de equipas;
– Capacidade para gestão de tempo e de prioridades;
– Conhecimentos de HACCP.
– Disponibilidade Imediata;
– Sentido de responsabilidade, proatividade e polivalência.
