We are the Cloud Team within the IT department, and we act as the architects behind the scenes, designing, implementing, and operating innovative cloud solutions and common services for our application teams across SI.

We're on the lookout for a dedicated team player who brings a passion for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation, coupled with solid experience in AWS and essential tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI.

Your Role with Us – What You'll Achieve:

As an integral part of our "AWS Team," you will actively co-design, develop, and operate cloud infrastructure and services built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

You'll thrive in an agile team, collaborating closely with experienced DevOps Engineers, a Product Owner, an Architect, and a Scrum Master.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Design & Development:
Designing and implementing robust cloud infrastructure and services, primarily leveraging Terraform, Terragrunt, GitLab, Ansible, Docker/Podman, and Renovate.
Supporting the containerization and automated deployment of software artifacts to container hosting services within AWS.

Automation & Optimization:
Driving our journey towards the full automation of configuration and deployment for all our services.
Actively contributing to continuous improvement and working with the team to define and establish exciting new service offerings.

Collaboration & Support:
Working closely with our internal customers, providing expert support and guidance during business hours.
Engaging in the long-term planning and strategic development of the team to achieve our collective goals.

What You Bring to Make a Real Impact:
We're seeking a personality who is not only technically skilled but also shares our passion for innovation and teamwork.

Experience & Expertise:
At least 2 years of practical experience in Cloud Development or Cloud Engineering.
Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Proficient in using Git, Terraform, Ansible, and other essential DevOps tools like GitLab.
Comfortable with operating and automating Linux systems.

Mindset & Soft Skills:

A strong eagerness to learn and the motivation to continuously pick up new things and tackle challenges related to cloud and automation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
You thrive in a team, genuinely enjoy learning from others, and love sharing your knowledge.

Language Skills:
Fluent in written and spoken English.
