- Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized and welcoming experience;
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, payment processing, and room allocation.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally;
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages;
- Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and services, offering recommendations and arranging bookings when necessary;
- Balancing the accounts from day shift;
- Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments;
- Develop and maintain the quality of customer service being delivered
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently.

- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant field (preferably, not a requirement)
- Proven experience as a recepcionist;
- Experience as night auditor (preferable)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management softwares and reservation systems.
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
