    Main Responsabilities:


    • Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized and welcoming experience;
    • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservation details, payment processing, and room allocation.
    • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally;
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages;
    • Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and services, offering recommendations and arranging bookings when necessary;
    • Balancing the accounts from day shift;
    • Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments;
    • Develop and maintain the quality of customer service being delivered
    • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements efficiently.
    Requisitos :


    Main Responsabilities:

    Ideal profile:

    • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant field (preferably, not a requirement)
    • Proven experience as a recepcionist;
    • Experience as night auditor (preferable)

    Mandatory:
    English & Portuguese (fluent in written & spoken)

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with hotel management softwares and reservation systems.
    • Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
    • Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
