    Position: Client Support Specialist
    Location:
    Remote (EST)

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Support Excellence: Provide top-notch client support, ensuring a positive experience and swift resolution of queries or issues.
    2. Software Proficiency: Navigate and utilize advanced software tools, including Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, , Slack, and Zoom.
    3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences.
    4. Collaborative Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, sharing client insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements.
    5. Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients in technical troubleshooting, working closely with our technical teams when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Medium to high-level spoken English proficiency for internal company conversations.
    • Previous experience in client support, with a focus on SaaS or related industries.
    • Experience with Hubspot or similar platforms is a major bonus
    • Tech-savviness - SaaS, startup, or tech experience is a bonus
    • Highly organized, resourceful, and efficient candidates.
    • Must know how to use Hubspot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, , Slack, Zoom

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proven ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high performance.
    • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Intellectual Quotient (IQ).
    • Candid communication style, open to giving and receiving feedback.
