Job Purpose
Oversee the finances shared service centres accounting functions across markets.

Senior accounting manager provides accounting, analysis, and account reconciliations to support the assigned Business/Operational counterparts (Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax, Regional Business Units) in accordance with company financial reporting policies.

A glimpse of your daily mission

Lead team to responsible for monthly account reconciliation, including sales and tax accounts, and review with finance leader for the resolution of the outstanding reconciliation items in the financial reports.
Responsible for financial statement accuracy in accounting transactions and policy alignment.
Cooperate with other function on internal audit and lead the enhancement of internal controls and system improvement.
Monitor and assess the impact of business process changes on the control environment, identify new risk areas and implement appropriate changes to the SOP compliance program.
Lead annual statutory audit and regular local tax audit; make sure compliance with both local and US GAAP.

Your Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other equivalent qualification.
Certified Chartered Accountant.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting.
Audit experience in the Big 4 Accounting firms and shared service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is required and proficiency is at advanced level).
Multitasking skills; strategic and analytical thinking and financial and business planning skills.
