Role Overview:
As a Banking Customer Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for users, delivering assistance via email, chat, phone, and social media. From account access and billing matters to technical troubleshooting, your mission will be to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience from first contact to final resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and professional support across various communication channels

Assist users with account setup, password recovery, billing inquiries, and identity verification

Identify and resolve technical concerns while keeping customers updated throughout the process

Maintain a respectful and customer-focused tone in every interaction

Record and manage cases accurately in line with internal guidelines

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve service quality

Share insights and suggestions to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and support performance
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
