ABOUT US:

INVEST WISE is a real estate investment platform created with the aim of responding to the growing need of our investors, on a large scale from HOST WISE, the market leader in _property management_ with over 200 properties under a Vacation Rental regime, expand their individual property portfolio.

In this sense, Invest Wise is in a privileged position in the real estate market, where we own an _offline_ portfolio of properties in daily growth and a vast set of partnerships with other _players_ in this market, together with a qualified team of_ business analysts_ that accompany all the proposals presented with a precise profitability study, to help our customers as much as possible in the decision-making process.

A large part of our real estate portfolio consists of properties to be managed in short term rental with high returns in Portugal, and we have access to their historical data and which we share directly and transparently with our real estate investors.

bright and motivated talented profiles to join our fast-growing team. In this vacancy opportunity we look for an
Investment Advisor_ (for Porto)_.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an
Investment Advisor you are an
important representative of the company.

You will work as part of the Investment team in all aspects of investment consulting work on both
corporate and trustee clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Finding, scouting, and identifying investors, buyers and sellers;
Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers;
Advise on best practices and pricing strategies;
Develop relationships with professionals and other consultants.

Please note that this is a hybrid position and you can work from any city in Portugal.
Experience working with the investments market and/or bank market;
Having effective listening skills, strong communication and a client focus to engage with colleagues and clients, alongside the core technical skills;
Excellent planning and organizational skills in order to prioritize and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks;
Portfolio (clients and/or partners) in construction;
Proactivity and ability for teamwork;
Fluent in English. Another European language is a plus;
Feeling very comfortable with sales;
Feeling very comfortable with a commission model (_that's our type of contract for this vacancy_).
