- Develop Roast Jobs' visibility at an international level (Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand...) both B2C & B2B.
- Refine and execute the marketing strategy to establish Roast Jobs as a category leader.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns through multiple channels that reach Roast Jobs' target customers.
- Set up and implement Google Ads campaigns.
- Create online content
- Newsletters, Blog articles, Social Media content.
- Market research & competitive intelligence to provide continuous growth.
- Organize and participate in events to build Roast Jobs' community and boost brand awareness.
- Analyze marketing performance data.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communication or related field.
- Fluent in English mandatory
- Knowledge of another language would be an asset (Portuguese is not compulsory).
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & SEO strategies.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong analytical mindset and great ability to translate data into insights.
