- Content moderator
- Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
- Creating reports based in your findings;
- Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
- Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.
- Native/near native Spanish speaker;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
- As a Quality Analyst for Supercell, you'll need previous experience as a QA and Content Moderator;
- Understand customer service business and trends;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Analytic profile and good communication skills;
- Diversity orientation and judgement capability.
