As a member of our diverse and creative management team in the Modelling & Analytics Module, you will have a central role in defining tomorrow's strategy meanwhile managing an innovative department ensuring quality across all of Modelling & Analytics' initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage a quality team of enables that ensuring the highest level of quality in the module
Responsible for oneonone dialogues, development plans, performance reviews, and allocation
Be accountable for designing and implementing a VVC (Verification, Validation, Certification) strategy, test policy, and test strategy, and facilitating the implementation across the Module
Define and implement a test process that supports the team and assures the quality of the product in all stages of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) with a Shiftleft approach in the SDLC
Identify and implement optimisations in processes and tools that increase quality and allow for quality metrics in accordance with the organisation's needs
Develop quality engineering approaches that best fit into the overall architecture of the design and development life cycle

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or relevant experience in the field
More than 3 years of experience in developing a quality team and taking ownership to deliver positive outcomes
Significant experience with integrated, endtoend systems and testing methodologies in an Agile world
Experience in working with Agile and Waterfall approaches

ISTQB

Software Testing Certification is an added value
Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an added value
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Good communication skills in English
