What's the role about?What you will do?

Compensation and Benefits Program Design


Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs; provide financial, market, and legal analysis and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.

Incentive Program Design


Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.

Annual Pay and Benefits Review


Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights; draft employee communications and management briefings; prepare line-management decision-making tools.

Personal Capability Building


Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Human Resources Frameworks and Tools
Contribute to the drafting of Human Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on
- and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost.

Executive Reward Program Design


Support the design and delivery of executive compensation programs, providing relevant internal financial analyses, analysis of external practice, and commentary on regulatory developments.

HR Data Management


Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.

Job Analysis and Evaluation
Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions/role profiles and associated scoping data.

HR Data Analytics and Insights


Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

Information and Business Advice


Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.

**What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record and experience at regional level in design of reward plans that align with the business strategy and drive performance.
  • Experience of job evaluation and benchmarking using Willis Tower Watson, Mercer and Korn Ferry tools.
  • Ability to think creatively about reward challenges while responding quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong overall stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Comfortable with in house corporate environment with proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer and technical proficiency, with a working knowledge of MS office and webbased
  • Selfstarter and driven to build effective relationships within the region and sites
  • Fluency in English is a must.
