Responsibilities:

Assist clients with the planning, deployment, and migration to Microsoft Office 36
Configure and customize Office 365 solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Office 365 issues,.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through Office 365 automation and integration with other systems.
Keep abreast of the latest Office 365 updates, features, and best practices
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower clients to leverage Office 365 effectively and maximize their productivity.

Youll be a great match if you have:

Bachelors degree in computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Handson experience with Office 365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 security and compliance features,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams in a remote environment.
Microsoft certifications are a plus
