- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers concerns or issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual KPIs.
- Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English (B1/B2 level) is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
