Role Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Manager, to join the Residential Department team, and build and lead a high-performance team in the Oeiras market.

What this job involves
Hiring and retaining a team of top talented real estate consultants.
Improving team performance through regular coaching and feedback and providing opportunities for company development and success.
Ensures the growth of the property portfolio in Oeiras, mainly in the premium areas.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
Maintains the highest possible client service quality. Adhering to all compliance requirements and the highest Global ethical standards.
Working collaboratively with the Oeiras team and all other national and international teams.


Professional Competencies:

Fluent in Portuguese & English.
Proven work experience in the real estate market and Oeiras market knowledge.
