Job Description:

Active involvement in diverse teams spanning the entire product development process, from analysis to deployment and postdeployment tasks.
Identifying project challenges in advance and taking initiative to offer solutions, while escalating concerns when necessary.
Utilizing datadriven methodologies to secure approvals from senior management and key stakeholders.
Championing the requirements of business teams, ensuring the final product aligns with the initial objectives.
Independently creating and approving user stories, adhering to Agile project frameworks.
Foreseeing potential effects on both upstream and downstream aspects, collaborating with internal teams to adjust practices for accommodating new features.
Crafting detailed business cases, incorporating financial insights and delivering compelling presentations to internal audiences.
Gathering input from diverse internal and external sources to define the product's overarching vision and establish a roadmap.

Qualifications:

3+ year work experience;
Familiar with financial products and/or financerelated procedures;
Demonstrates a capacity to engage in global and strategic thinking, tackling novel and intricate challenges;
Possesses strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing effective business partnerships;
Proficient in constructing products with a platformoriented approach;
Brings a wealth of experience collaborating with varied teams throughout the complete product development journey;
Wellversed in the role of a product manager/product owner;
Knowledge of ERP domains.
Exhibits exceptional communication proficiencies in the English language;
